Evolve to Thrive is a six-month programme that takes you on a journey of discovery and evolution to find out who you are, who you want to be, how to be that person and how to live that life!

WHO IS IT FOR?
You (probably).
If you feel that you're not exactly where you want to be in life or not exactly WHO you want to be in life then it's highly likely that Evolve to Thrive is for you.
It's designed for adults, and to quote a common phrase is for anyone from 18 to 80. But don't worry if you're 90 you're just as likely to gain benefit, there's no age limit at all!
Although we are therapists Evolve to Thrive is not a means to replace counselling or psychotherapy, and having a mental health issue is certainly not necessary in order to find the course helpful.

Materials will automatically appear each week when you log in to the site. The foundation of the programme is provided as PDF documents, but you can also watch and/or listen to Fiona explaining each one. This means that whatever way you learn best, this is provided. Exercises are provided as both PDFs and Word docs, and sometimes (when appropriate) as Excel spreadsheets. You can choose which to use. There is also a video version of the parallel episode of Therapy Natters available on the same page. Usually we are nattering about one aspect of the week’s materials.
You are completely free to take as much or as little time as you wish on each week’s materials. It may be that some weeks you wish to do more than others, and it’s fine to take a break… the materials will be there when you are ready.
No, absolutely not. We can tell what pages you have opened, but not whether you have done anything with the materials! If you are in therapy, you may wish to share some of your progress with your therapist, but that is your choice.
