I really like this podcast. It is such a delight listening to Richard and Fiona, you always make me laugh and the accessibility provided by the ‘submit a question’ function already creates a sense of community and care; also has already made me feel less alone. P.s I play these episodes before I sleep and finish my day with their kind words and wisdom. Perfect.

One of my absolute favourites!
I love this podcast so much and genuinely am happy when I realise it’s Wednesday and time for a new one! I am fascinated by all the topics and love how Richard and Fiona go about discussing them. I either listen in the car or when my 1 year old is having a nap which is always a nice break and I really take great comfort from so much of it. Thank you both and keep doing your amazing work!

Great combination
I’ve listened to Richard before and enjoyed his podcast but I have to say it’s better with both him and Fiona together. She’s very logical and grounded, it gives a good balance.

Fab.
Perfect balance of technical jargon and everyday understanding which makes you feel like you understand the content on a deeper level. The hosts are likeable and friendly and don’t take themselves too seriously so they don’t feel like boffins! Give it a go.
